One source image, a complete set out

These tools exist because the work is repetitive rather than difficult. A website needs eight icon files in specific sizes with a manifest and the right HTML. A product launch needs the same photograph at a dozen platform sizes. Doing that by hand in an image editor is an afternoon; doing it here is a click.

Start from the largest original you have

Everything here derives outputs from your source, so the source sets the quality ceiling for all of them. Scaling down looks excellent; scaling up cannot invent detail that was never captured.

The largest targets are 3840 pixels for a YouTube thumbnail, 2048 for a Shopify product image and 2000 for an Etsy listing, so a source around 2000 pixels on its shortest side covers nearly everything. Both generators warn you when a requested output is larger than your source rather than quietly producing something soft.

Batch work and consistency

The watermark tool applies one configuration across every file you drop in, which is the point — a batch of listing photos with the mark in a different place on each looks careless.

Two things to check before committing to a large batch. Preview against your brightest and darkest images, because a single opacity setting has to work for both. And confirm the platform allows watermarks at all: Amazon prohibits them on main product images, and a suppressed listing is a worse outcome than an unwatermarked photo.
