A platform specification that has changed
Image size requirements move without announcement, and an out-of-date number here is worse than no number at all. If a preset or a guide is wrong, tell us which one and what it should be. A link to the platform's own documentation makes the fix immediate.
A file that will not process
If a tool fails on one of your files, the useful details are: which tool, what the file came from (which camera, phone or program made it), which browser you are using, and any message that appeared. Please do not attach the file to a first email — describe it instead, and we will ask if we need more.
A result that looks wrong
Rotated output, shifted colours, a DPI value that did not take effect, transparency that turned black — these are bugs, and specific reports are what fix them.
A tool that should exist
Suggestions are welcome, particularly if you can describe the actual task you were trying to complete rather than the feature you imagined. The task is usually more informative.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a file. Nothing you process is ever sent to us, so there is no copy on our side to retrieve.
- Account problems on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, YouTube or anywhere else. We have no relationship with those companies.
- Editing your images for you.
Response times
This is a small project rather than a company with a support desk. Email gets read, and genuine bug reports get priority, but a reply may take a few days.
